“My stay at the UGA Continuing Edu Center and Hotel was much more than I expected. The staff is what made the difference. They were very friendly and had a welcoming spirit. My traveling companions were very complimentary of the staff and facility. This was our first stay at this hotel. I did not know about the shuttle service. It was raining when we arrived. The staff came out in the rain to help unload our luggage. We did not have to ask them to do it. They answered all my questions with a smile. We really felt welcome. Our conference was at another location and we were not able to get a room at the host hotel. We were all glad that we stayed at UGA. Good customer service and room cleanliness of the room for me is what counts. Good food and an affordable meal. You exceeded my goal.”
