Leveraging EI to Strengthen Relationships and Achieve Your Goals

Understanding and managing emotions is crucial to our success in both work and life, yet many of us were taught to “leave our emotions at the door” in professional settings. Research shows that emotional intelligence (EI) can drive innovation, boost employee engagement and retention, foster inclusivity, and create positive work environments. This interactive workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on personal experiences and learn effective strategies to enhance EI. Together, we can strengthen relationships and achieve our goals, ultimately enhancing both personal and professional success and well-being.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define emotional intelligence
  • Reflect on your experiences
  • Learn and practice strategies to increase EI
