Not only will participants have dedicated time to input their upcoming events alongside our PSO Connect experts, but we’ll also explore the latest reporting tool dashboards created for PSO Connect, focusing on new features for enhanced data collection.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to access and navigate the new reporting tool dashboard in Teams, gaining familiarity with the interface and layout
  • Explore the latest features designed to improve data collection efficiency, understand how to input event information and utilize reporting effectively. Learn how to see where existing entries are missing data
  • Actively engage with the system during dedicated work time, practice entering new events into PSO Connect or working on existing reporting projects, guided by PSO Connect experts

Alyssa Weyant, PSO Connect training and system support specialist, UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel
Alyssa is the PSO Connect Training and System Support Specialist, having worked with the system since 2020. Her journey at the Georgia Center began in 2018 as a youth program coordinator. Alyssa quickly embraced the new system, mastering the intricacies of integrating her complex programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in middle childhood education and a master’s degree in education from Wright State University in Ohio. Alyssa’s passion lies in problem-solving, teaching and providing assistance to individuals.
James Gilstrap, PSO Connect system administrator, UGA Center for Continuing Education & Hotel
James serves as the PSO Connect system administrator, having been an integral part of the system since its inception. With his 20 years of experience with PSO, he has grown from an independent IT professional at one of the smaller PSO units to a team member who enjoys collaborating. James excels at deploying creative solutions and establishing collaborative teams across PSO and other UGA units.
